Really good stay with friendly staff
convenient location maintained garden large selection english breakfast
I enjoyed the convenient location near bus stops. I found it easy to reach Ryde and Newport via Ventnor. The gardens were well-kept. The play area kept children entertained, it WAS very good! The breakfast offered a large selection. I could customize my full English breakfast.

The hotel provides fresh milk in the fridge, not UHT, which I thought was a nice touch. The gardens feature sheltered seating areas and a great swimming pool. I found the breakfast offered ample choice (especially the sausages!). The hotel staff are friendly and cute. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a small refresh.

Amazing Family Fun!
arcade games live music
The spacious family room easily fit all of us. The kids loved the retro games room. It had arcade games like Pacman and Donkey Kong. I really appreciated the well-stocked bar! It was perfect for unwinding with live music.
The WiFi was a bit unreliable during the last couple of days. It worked perfectly for the first two days! This was a small inconvenience during an otherwise wonderful stay.

The family room offered ample space. It easily accommodated my grandchildren and me, it was awesome. The room was well-kept and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

limited privacy high price
The room lacked air conditioning, only a fan was available. Limited privacy was another concern because of neighboring buildings nearby. The shower was not good. I found it to be overpriced for what was offered. I expected more for the price I paid.

amazing view special wow
Kelly welcomed us warmly! Our room offered a amazing view with that special WOW factor. I found facilities like swimming pools, hot tubs, and the retro arcade games room particularly good throughout our stay.
I noticed the sound proofing between rooms needs improving. I heard footsteps from the room above. It caused some disturbance during the night.

Fantastic Experience!
artificial lawn fine view
Our room featured a private garden area. It included a fine artificial lawn. A table and chairs set with two sun loungers were available. I appreciated the gate at the end of the garden. It provided access to the meticulously maintained hotel garden. The outdoor pool offered fine views of the English Channel, which I enjoyed.
The shower head in the bathroom showed some dirt. I cleaned it before using it. The taps were separate instead of a modern mixer style. I think modernizing these fittings would greatly improve the bathroom experience.

Fantastic Stay with Nice Service
warm welcome retro arcade
Kelly gave a warm welcome . The room offered a wow factor, with amazing views. Customer service was excellent. The pools, hot tubs, sauna, mini golf, giant chess, and retro arcade games created smiles throughout our stay.
The noise at night was a problem. I heard even quiet voices from other rooms. This was quite disturbing.
